- We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services, at anytime due to unforeseen weather, sickness or family emergency.
- Customers / Clients should contact the Captain within 48hrs of scheduled charters confirming location, time and any special considerations of the trip.
- We expressly own and copyright our Hook'd For Life Fishing Adventure logo. Unauthorized reproduction, vending or use will result in legal action.
- This site and all affiliations will be professional in manner, speech and photography. Unwanted or distasteful language will not be tolerated. Unsuccessful attempts for reconciliation will result in cancellation of access.
